Alcohol prohibition was repealed in 1933 and hence the Liquor Control Act of 1934 was written to protect the health, safety and welfare of the People of the State of Illinois. If you are involved with Liquor in any capacity in the State of Illinois you should be carrying Liquor Liability Insurance, that also provides coverage for the owner of the building and/or premises.
